Is Xoonio free of charge?

Yes, the Xoonio app is free of charge for all users. Premium helpers are paid by companies.

Do you have to register to look for help?

No, there is a possibility to “Look for fast help” where no sign up is required. However, we advise to register to use all features like “Store”. If you’d like to become a helper, a full sign up is required.

Is Xoonio available for Android and iOS?

Yes, Xoonio is available in all major app stores and is updated regularly.

Can Android users connect with iOS users?

Yes, everybody can connect to everybody. There are only some restrictions in iOS when it comes to sharing an iOS app screen to the other user. 

How many languages are available for app users?

Today (29th of December 2020), we have implemented 6 languages (DE, EN, SE, RO, RU, PL), but we aim to increase it to 20 languages in the coming months.

Why is the feature "Store" a real great thing to use?

“Store” not only allows to enter and store all information about your tech products in use, it additionally enables users to create wishlists when in shops by scanning barcodes. In the future, Xoonio will work on various incentives for users, if “Store” is used on regular base. To use “Store”, a full registration is necessary.

Can anyone become a helper?

Generally, yes. But please be aware, that Xoonio wants to offer high quality helps. However, feel free to use the app to connect with people and talk about tech products.

Does Xoonio work as web application, too?

No, currently Xoonio only works as native app.

Which criteria are used to create a helper list?

Helpers are primarily listed based on their skills. But our algorithm also considers: location of helper and seeker (proximity), language, used devices, preferred status and others

Must helper and seeker rate mutually?

In order to increase quality, it is requested to do the rating properly for both sides. Future helper and seeker rely on honest and succint feedback.
