Download The Apps
Please be aware, that xoonio provides two different apps that work together to connect help seeking people (seeker, orange) with experts (helper, blue). Both apps work a bit differently but have common requirements that are listed below this paragraph.
Use the download links only on mobile phones to install the apps right away. Of course, it’s no problem at all to install both apps on one phone and use them both, taking the role as seekers and helpers alternatively (not to use both apps at the same time, of course).
As xoonio is not public yet, we have limited the scope for usage to certain versions of Android and connected Google services (see below).

Sign Up
That’s how our login works. We have already created an online ID with no whatsoever clue who the user is. Feel free to create a different profile by using the sign-up button. We advise you to avoid any existing email IDs or using your real name. Hey, it’s a test environment, isn’t it?
Connect
Please look at the short introduction, how seeker search for solutions and get connected to an available helper. Use our QR codes below as shortcuts or type manually. Be aware, that your search request matches with helper skills that must be activated before in the helper’s profile.

Use our various QR codes
xoonio works with QR codes to create shortcuts to your desired outcome. You can add skills to your helper profile, display 3D objects during a live session or simply request time to talk about a product with an available helper. Please be aware, that codes only work in their natural environment. helper codes can exclusively be used in our helper app, while seeker codes like product search only work in a seeker app.
Please use these codes on screen or print them in order to make them work. Just click the button below to download the whole set of QR codes.
Add Skill To Helper
The easiest way to add a skill to your helper profile. Log in to your helper app (blue) and navigate to your profile via menu (top left in home screen). Tap the button “Scan QR code” and the skill behind the code will appear without further ado.
Display A 3D Object
seeker Use this code in search and again in the live session, if you’d like to display a 3D object behind the code. Spoiler, it’s a printer. Just start your app, choose any section on your home screen and connect to an available helper. After being connected to a live session, scan the code again to see the printer appear.
Use Product For Search
You can use this QR code in our seeker search page after you have chosen the direction of your requested help at the app’s home screen (Info about a product, Product onboarding or product support).
Get Time To Connect
This QR code includes all technical details of your product in focus and directly shows all available helpar. After connecting, you will find yourself in a regular live session. This is the fastest way to find a match for your problem.
